Yes. Have a small bar inside. In the summer, spring you can sit outside on balcony overlooking the water.
Can you put non-rented kayaks in the water here?
They have a nice pier you can tie up to.

I was really surprised at the menu pricing here, the prices were less than expected, although that meant that the food quality on some menu items was poor, other food items were excellent. Don't bother ordering the nacho appetizer platter, it comes out cold and they forgot our guacamole that was an additional expense, they did bring the guacamole after they had brought our main course, I wasn't in the mood to argue about it, but I still got charged for it and they could clearly see that it wasn't used. I still plan on returning.
